Spend a quiet spring evening outside while dreaming of the those coming summer days just around the corner. Days on the beach or on the boat or just setting on your porch. When you do, make sure you have a Castaway Manhattan cocktail featuring the End of Days Distillery Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum.  

 

INGREDIENTS:

2oz. Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum⁣⁠⁣⁠
.75oz. Sweet Vermouth⁣⁠⁣⁠
Dash of Cocktail Bitters⁣⁠⁣⁠⁣⁠

METHOD:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into Martini glass. Garnish with Orange Peel and Amarena Cherry⁣⁠.⁣
